Barrister Akhtar Hussain Jabbar understood, at a very early stage in his career that our broken legal justice system harms those who access it more than it helps.
Most of the clients who approached Barrister Akhtar Hussain Jabbar not only complained of the injustice done to them by their opposite party, but they also decried the role of their own lawyers and courts in perpetuating the injustice.
Most clients shared their stories on how their own lawyers intentionally delayed the case, joined hands with the other side, and how judges showed a complete disregard to the law and traditional norma of fair play and justice. With that in mind, Barrister Akhtar Hussain Jabbar quit his job at a law firm and started his own.
He was determined to help the victims of injustice whether that injustice was done by their opposing party, their own lawyers or judges.
Therefore, AHJ & Co. was established to have a tunnel vision towards getting speedy justice for our clients.
